Forged by Hand,
Built to Last
Every piece that leaves the Marshall Forge forge carries the mark of intention. From hand-hammered chef knives with burl wood handles to rugged garden tools with copper-wrapped grips, each creation is shaped one strike at a time.
No two pieces are identical. The steel remembers every hammer blow, every quench, every careful grind. That's not a flaw — that's the signature of something made by hand.

Tools That
Work the Earth
Hand-forged garden tools built for a lifetime of use. Each piece features blackened forged iron heads and signature copper-wrapped handles — as beautiful in the shed as they are functional in the soil.
Trowels, cultivators, hoes, and more — all shaped at the anvil and finished with care. These aren't hardware store tools. They're heirlooms.

Kyle Tatsak
Kyle is the hands and heart behind Marshall Forge, working out of his forge in Howell, Michigan. What started as a fascination with shaping raw steel has become a dedication to creating tools and blades that are as functional as they are beautiful.
Every piece is forged, shaped, ground, and finished by Kyle alone — no production lines, no shortcuts. From selecting the steel to fitting the handle, each step is done with intention and care.
Whether it's a chef knife destined for a kitchen or a set of garden tools meant to last generations, Kyle's work carries the honest character of something made entirely by hand.
